Matini’s fully equipped manufacturing facility prefabricates stainless steel pipework, from small spools to large pipe installations. Client work is accommodated off site prior to shutdown periods, keeping production downtime to an absolute minimum.
Prefabrication welding is completed to our exacting standards and we can undertake any necessary imaging, documentation, pressure tests and weld register certificates, prior to delivery and arrival onsite. If clients prefer, their own inspectors are welcome to visit our facility and x-ray or boroscope the work for themselves.
We also offer a passivation service to ensure that all pipework arrives onsite clean, ready for use and fit for purpose.
